Well after a fantastic farewell at the airport with amazing prayer from Kynan we have safely arrived in Bali and are all settled in for the night.
Funnies of the trip so far include:
- Bill’s electric shaver going off in his check in luggage and the attendants had to open his bag turn it off and lock the bag again.
- Jeanette being stopped at customs saying she had alcohol in her luggage but alas when they opened it up there were taps…
- Jordan as we’re driving to the Hotel saying SUGAR and then realising the sign said BUGAR
We had a lovely greeting at the airport from Vicki and Richard and Ketut. Once we were checked into the hotel we headed off to Lucky Day for dinner.
A few of us decided that a swim was in order when we returned which was a great way to end a long day.
A blessing is that Dianne is on the mend and progressing well, the humidity is helping a lot.
